FREE Express Shipping Australia Wide

We offer FREE EXPRESS shipping Australia wide on orders $99 or more! Express shipping with Australia Post means your parcel will arrive to you approximately 2-3 business days after receiving your payment.

For orders under $99, there is a flat rate fee of $5 Express Post Shipping.

Bulky or Fragile items may not be sent Express Post. These items will be sent the safest way possible so that no damage is caused.

We also offer shipping on all international orders. We ship international with Australia Post and a shipping quote will be provided at the time of purchase. Shipping can take approximately 1-3 weeks, however we also love to provide an express shipping option for our international customers. This will take approximately 3-5 working days, excluding weekends. (Costs vary depending on location and weight). Please contact us for details.

Order before 2pm and your order will be dispatched that same day. Orders after 2pm will be dispatched next business day.

Once your parcel has left our boutique, it is the property of Australia post, however if your parcel does not reach you within our delivery time, we will do all we can to track and find your parcel for you. Contact us at

Please note all international customs charges and taxes are payable by the receiver. ROSE&BOY is not responsible for any additional charges incurred for shipping orders internationally. For more information on customs charges for each country please contact your customs authority.

Would you like to return your garment?

At ROSE&BOY Online we understand you cannot try garments on before purchasing, we are happy to provide you an exchange or credit note (for the cost of the garment only - not postage) on full priced items, should they meet the below requirements:

  • Garment/s will need to be sent back to us within 14 days of delivery.
  • Garments should be returned new, unused and with all designer tags still attached. If garments are returned in any other state, we may need to send these back to you, however our customer care team will contact you.

Please note, terms and conditions apply when purchasing sale items. We do not accept refunds or exchange of sale items.

To return your parcel, please email with the following details:

  • Your name and order number
  • The garment/s you wish to return
  • Why you are returning this garment/s

Postage costs are at the buyers expense. Please take care when sending items back to us, as items lost in the post are your responsibility and we cannot offer refunds on lost parcels. Parcels can be sent back to one of the below addresses, upon approval;
